What is Three L
Over the years, the 3 L's changed shape, definition and direction...but ultimately it grew into a culmination of lessons and stories that we share to help inspire others and make the world a little bit better. With love starting out and still remaining one of the L's, we like to reflect this in all our work. Living life is a fundamental part of our inspiration as well as living for something bigger than ourselves. Lastly, leading the way for others and growing in leadership ourselves is what gets us up every day.
About Us
Our mission is simple: to inspire and empower individuals to live intentionally and cultivate their leadership potential. Started by Thornton Fincham in 2016, Three L was inspired by a clothing brand he partnered with a mate. What was birthed was more of a 'playground' for ideas that aligned with his passions and ultimately it grew into what it is today.

Every day, we challenge ourselves to step outside our comfort zone, whether that means trying something new or improving the way we do every day things. Growth is a pivotal part of our mission and is not just about personal achievements but also about lifting others along the way.
